Map of Torrance (A Song of Hope)
Here it is folks! I’ve waited two years to see Torrance brought to life through a map. Thanks to the efforts of the amazing artist, Alex Clark, Cierra’s journey in “A Song of Hope” can be seen on paper. A huge thanks goes out to you Alex for your hard work.
Book Three Coming Soon
Book number three of “The Search for the King’s Staff” series is well underway! I have an idea for the title, but since it’s subject to change, I don’t want to disappoint anyone and tell you. 🙂 I’ll give you a hint about what happens. Pirates and serpents and plunge boats—Oh my! Book three will be published hopefully by the end of this year. That’s at least the goal!
In other goods news! “A Song of Hope” and “The Scarlet Phantom” are both getting reformatted by a professional. I’m also hoping to get them both fitted with a map of Asrial, and I’ll be publishing them as second additions. “The Scarlet Phantom” is also getting a few tweaks to the text. Nothing big! I’m not changing the story, so there isn’t any need to purchase it if you already have. There were just a few things I wasn’t satisfied with.
One last thing before I head out. A few writer friends of mine have inspired me to start publishing book reviews for books I like on my blog! You know who you are. That means I need to get reading/writing. I am willing to take requests; however, I won’t read anything with excessive gore or any sex scenes. I won’t be reading anything that outright mocks my faith, either. These reviews won’t be published if I don’t like the book. (I’m too nice) I plan to be brutally honest on these reviews.
Have a blessed February everyone!
“The Scarlet Phantom” Song
The Scarlet Phantom: Book 2 is Available for Purchase
The darkness is bubbling hot on the horizon, seeking Cierra out so it can reclaim the first map piece and stop her from searching for the next one. Time is not in her favor, and neither is the unfriendly environment she’s forced to push her way through. No one can be trusted, except for the most unlikely friends.
In this second installment of the “The Search for the King’s Staff” can Cierra reach her destination before the King in the North, Rasheme, can destroy all hope of ever finding the King’s Staff?
What is his motivation, and why does the mysterious vigilante, the Scarlet Phantom, keep showing up everywhere she goes?
Book Two Update
Book Two is finished! In just a few days, I should be able to get it onto Amazon. I’m just waiting for my cover designer to send me a few elements from the finished cover so I can use them to decorate the inside of the book. That shouldn’t take me that long! I’m positive that it will be published within October, most likely the first week of the month.
One thing to note is that the title has changed as to avoid confusion, since there is already a book called, “The Scarlet Knight.” The second book is now called, “The Search for the King’s Staff: The Scarlet Phantom.”
As for book number three, it’s in progress!
The Scarlet Knight is with the Editor!
I’ve also completed another song on the keyboard, and I plan to record it in the next few weeks.
Happy reading!
Update: Book 2 (Coming very soon)
Draft one of book two is complete! My excitement has just about launched me through the roof. I cannot wait to share the next part of Cierra’s adventure, “The Search for the King’s Staff: The Scarlet Knight.” My editor is going to begin perfecting it June 1! I’m positive that it will be published this summer. Strap yourself in because we are diving deeper into the world of Asrial, you’ll get to know these beloved characters better, and Cierra’s quest to find the King’s lost staff will be continued. You’ll be on the edge of your seat until the last few chapters which just might leave you with your mouth hanging open in shock. Always expect the unexpected.
